Ingredients:
- 400 grams spaghetti
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 400 grams canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Remove any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onion is softened.
- Stir in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
- Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
