  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Potatoes:

  • 4 large potatoes, wedged
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line two baking sheets.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  3. For potatoes, toss wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
