Chocolate Raspberry Tart Recipe

For the Tart Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the Chocolate Ganache Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped

For the Raspberry Topping:

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a tart pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chocolate wafer cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar for the tart crust. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. For the chocolate ganache filling, heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the finely chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
